The powder resembles matcha, but actually tastes much more like Asian bubblegum to me. Probably this is due to lychee. As the product is made from superfoods, I can take it on an empty stomach which I prefer since I like doing my self care first thing in the morning.
I find that this seems to help me with cravings, especially for those sweet cravings. I do feel less stress, and even notice less grey hair when I go to my monthly hair appointments. Most scientific though is that my naturopath says the inflammation in my body has went down in the 2 months that I have taken Superstar, which has not happened with any other form of supplements or herbs I have taken.
I will continue to use this, it is very easy to stick to, and I have been impressed by the results so far!

Bought this because I read a lot about how it’s good for digestion, without the use of spices like many other brands. This is important for me because I can easily get acid reflux with hot and spicy foods. This does not trigger any acid reflux or discomfort, in fact, I love how calming this feels. I am about 2 months in since switching from my old multivitamin pill. I have noticed the side effects from my previous multivitamin are gone like some digestive problems, and sometimes headaches, and nausea. As a powder it is a little more work than pills, but it’s very easy to add into drinks or food. The taste is great and even the smell of the jar inside the packaging when I first got it was very fresh and fruity.
I am not one of those people who suddenly notice a world of difference with anything and it was the same case here. However, I do have monthly blood work done for my birth control, and my physician noted that my cortisol (stress hormone) levels are down, and my calcium and iron levels are up. These are actual numbers which prove it is working. Personally, I do think that I have more energy and that my sleeping has been more consistent. All in all, I’m really glad to have found these and will continue using it. I would really wish for a giant size if possible as that would be the best option for me to subscribe at a 3 month interval.

Great product to get your entire system on track quickly. It tastes good even mixed in plain water, I love it with almond milk (as in, I don’t drink my daily almond milk with this now). It gives me a nice relaxed buzz, like the feeling of a breeze on a nice sunny spring day where you just feel happy to exist. I have a sensitive digestive system that is irritated by anything hot (spicy) or tangy( sour), it causes acid reflex and as a result there are entire food groups I avoid including many fruits. Unfortunately most supplements I’ve researched are very citrus and spice heavy which is awful for those of us who are sensitive. Superstar is that lone supplement made of superfoods that does not cause irritation and the nutrients are so well balanced. It has been such a great discovery and one I will not go without.
