ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our website. All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. If you place your order on a weekend, processing begins the following Monday.  Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Shipments usually take 1-5 business days to arrive in the US and around 3-8 business days to arrive internationally, barring no customs delays.

Pricing

Prices are in $USD and exclude tax. If taxes are applicable this will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipments within the United States are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service and once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that contains your tracking number. Shipments usually arrive within 1-5 business days, and although rare, there may be delays due to weather, high volumes, holidays, etc. International shipments are fulfilled either with DHL or FedEx, and are estimated to take 3-8 business days to arrive. International shipments may occur additional duties. Although rare, international shipments may also encounter customs delays, we aren't responsible for delays resulting from customs holds.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and email us with your order number as soon as possible if it needs to be revised, the destination cannot be modified once the order is dispatched. We cannot refund shipping on undeliverable orders due to an incorrect address being provided to us.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, MIJA is not responsible for packages claimed as lost, misplaced, or stolen. If you have any concerns regarding this, or would like extra safeguard, we do provide complimentary signature confirmation that you may request during checkout.

Shipping Insurance

MIJA is happy to offer Route as an option to insure and protect your shipment from loss, and damage. It is up to you to opt into Route Insurance when you check out.

Refunds & Exchanges

We're happy to accept returns for any product within 10 days of delivery provided they remain unused and sealed. As our products are food-grade ingestible supplements, we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been opened and used.

To initiate a return, send us an email here and include your order number. A representative will provide you with return instructions.

Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse sales, and not accept returns at our discretion.

Exchanges can be made for products that arrive damaged provided that we are informed within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot exchange products that have been opened or used.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing your order, as we may not be able to modify orders once they have been submitted. Contact us within 5 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes however this is not always possible.
